Carmel Bristol - Life Skills

LIFE SKILLS

It has been said that some Christians are ‘so spiritually minded that they are no earthly good.’ As a local Church we teach biblical and godly principles, morals and values. But it does not stop there. Even more importantly, we have established ‘schools’ to teach how to apply practically what is learned.

The model of the family is the basis to life

Experienced pastors, counsellors and teachers enable people to develop sound life skills which can be implemented at work, within the family or the wider community. People are thus equipped to face the many challenges and changes that life inevitably brings, without becoming victims or casualties. As they become whole and fulfilled they are then positioned and encouraged to help others.

This approach encompasses our strategy to begin ‘raising generations’ so that we do not leave people within the City of Bristol and our nation desolated, as history shows us has so often happened. Instead, we aim to make a positive impact that will have an on going and far reaching positive influence on generations to follow.
