COMMUNITY IMPACT
carmel: stands for a standard of community life which is a faithful expression of God’s love for men, women and children. The moral and spiritual values that this includes are designed to provide people with the resources to live life to the full. These are expressed in a number of ways, all of which are designed to bring a practical solution to the need that the church has connected with in the community.
Whether it is those in prison, the poor or the homeless; supporting parents with the needs of their children; coming alongside those who are bereaved or divorced; supporting couples in their marriage or assisting individuals with personal issues; or simply supplying a source of relaxation and recreation, carmel: steps into the gap with individual support and group activities which are successfully impacting the lives of many people in the community today.
